Children from Kempo Karate will put on a martial arts performance on the stage. “Sensei June” Fagan is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kempo Karate and has been teaching adults and children at her in Redding since 1999.

We’re hosting our 1st Annual Frog Frolic Cornhole tournament! Family and Kids Teams are scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM on the field. Adults only starts at 12:00 PM.

Teachers from The Housatonic Valley Waldorf School will perform a puppet show of “The Little Pot that was Always Full” – A Norse Fairy Tale.

Local musicians Harmonious Tales will present a Frog and Toad Story Hour accompanied by a fiddle and banjo.

Kids of all ages can join us on the field for a yoga class with Redding’s own Yoga Station founder and certified Yogi, Whitney Coccaro.

Listen to the sounds of Charlie Widmer, who is the current Connecticut State Troubadour and an award winning multi-genre singer, songwriter, guitarist, arranger, actor, and producer based in Connecticut.

Movement and Dance (in the Field)
Join Redding resident and former NYC Rockette Melissa Stern on the field as she leads a fun and engaging movement and dance class for children. All ages are welcome!

Bugs on a Log (on the Stage)
Round out this fun day with Bugs on a Log – a band that is active in the regional roots scene and plays a mix of old-time, bluegrass, and folk music.
